Premier Nutrition High Protein bars

I just reviewed these on my blog.  We found them at Costco.  They have 30 grams of protein per bar but there is a price to pay for it! http://luvsexytrstno1.blogspot.com/2008/04/premier-nutrition -high-protein-bars.html

I saw those and didnt want to buy them because of the carb count on them.  Plus they are pretty high in calories, almost 300 calories.  They were good, but it still upset my tummy,probably between the carbs and sugars in them it was too much for my pouch, so I don't do protein bars any longer.

I haven't seen these at Costco, but anything with that much sugar would make me dump BIG time.  I dump on catsup, which I guess is a good thing.  There are many more great protein bars out there with litlle to no sugar and far less carbs.  Keep looking!! JudyAnne
